Governance
Currently in the discussion period, a new BIP is likely to go to vote this week. The proposal looks to establish a Beethoven X DAO Treasury framework which allows streamlined value maintenance and accrual.
The framework outlines two key aspects: Tenets and Risk. Tenets are goals or intent that the treasury should fulfill and are ordered in priority. Whereas the risk framework defines levels from 0 to 3 (Minimal, Low, Medium, and High), with each risk level having a maximum allocation to ensure the treasury risks are diversified. Any future BIPs that are targeting the use of treasury assets will be assessed against this new framework.
This is only a super quick rundown so we implore you to check out the full proposal over in Discord. And keep your eyes peeled, this will be going to vote on Snapshot soon.

Another wave of the bi-weekly Gauge Vote has been completed and the votes are in. This round, over 3000 Fantom Layer of the Opera BPTs were offered as BEETS bounties.
