It’s another beautiful week and we couldn’t be more grateful to be here doing what we do best — composing the most revolutionary music the world has ever seen. We are back from the dead and we are on a mission. A mission to fill the world with peace, love and a whole lot of DeFi awesomeness.
On more of a humble note, it is so great to be on this journey with you all and we are really excited about all the developments we have underway at Beethoven X.
So what’s on the concerto programme this week?
Symphony of the Week:
This week’s composition features 4 assets that sit right at the heart of the FTM ecosystem; USDC, wBTC, wFTM and wETH. Not only are these superstars the cornerstone for many of the concerts seen on Beethoven X, they are also major players seen across the entire industry.
A true fan favourite, it’s none other than A Late Quartet.

Protocol Fee Distribution:
The revenue share has been updated and the conversion rate of Fidelio Duetto BPT to fBEETS is now 1.0161.
Gauge Vote:
The next instalment of this epic saga will continue this Thursday. The exact timing of the snapshot will be called at random, so make sure to keep an eye out on either our Twitter or Discord. We will keep the community informed as the vote develops over the course of the weekend and provide up to date coverage for any of the voting incentives offered by protocols in the ecosystem.

AMA on locking:
As the locking initiative moves ever closer to its implementation date we are receiving more and more questions from the community asking for clarity on what exactly is going on?!
“Don’t worry dear Ludwigs, we have got you covered!”
We will be hosting an AMA this Wednesday at 20:00 UTC on our Discord to really “pick the lock” on locking. We will be discussing in detail, the whys, the hows and the whens of locking on Beethoven as well as answering FAQs from the community.
Boosted Pools:
For anyone that attended the AMA last week you’ll be well aware that big things are about to go down following the major innovations in Boosted Pools (BPs). Over the course of the next month we will be focusing on BPs and all that they have to offer the wonderful world of DeFi. Stay tuned for an exciting piece on the new developments of BPs and what they have in store for liquidity later this week.

New Team Members:
While the protocol develops and expands it is only natural for the team to grow in tandem. In our pursuit for quality and perfection we have onboarded a couple of new members to join our ensemble and help make our music just that little bit sweeter. We have added to our creative marketing team, to the development team as well as our financial department and will be introducing the latest additions to our collective in the near future.
Community Discussions:
As a DAO it is important for individuals to share their knowledge with the community and take an active role in guiding the protocol towards a collaborative future.

The brilliance from the Devs never ceases to amaze. In their eternal quest for greatness they have been busy at work and have this to say:
- The finishing touches on the new Boosted Pools are being tested and integrated.
- Verifying user reported errors and setting up a public dashboard for known issues.
- Conducting an investigation on whether we can integrate into Gelatos Limit Order API/APP.
- Working on an automated system for protocol fee distribution.
The week ahead is shaping up to be another glorious masterpiece. A week filled with the marvels of creative music and the wonders of sounds never before heard. A week of joy and celebration.
